baked salmon

Low FODMAP

Serves about 4

Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon (wild-caught is always a bonus)
- 1 tsp or so lemon and herb seasoning- FODMAPers avoiding garlic/onion try  FODY lemon and herb seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions
1. preheat oven to 350F.
2. Rinse salmon and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Spread mayonnaise in a thin layer over salmon.
4. Add lemon and herb seasoning.
5. Bake for 10 minutes or so, or until salmon is cooked to desired temperature.
