blender pancakes

Low FODMAP

Makes 4 pancakes

Ingredients
1 banana
1 egg
1 cup oats
½ cup milk*
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground flax (optional)
Dash of cinnamon 

*FODMAP tip: almond or lactose free milk

Directions
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Spray a nostick cooking spray or a little oil (coconut oil, canola oil, butter, etc) on a griddle at medium low heat
3. Once hot, add batter and cook a few minutes on each side.
4. Enjoy topped with a few berries, coconut flakes, pure maple syrup, etc.
