broccoli cheddar egg cups

Low FODMAP

Makes about 10 cups

Ingredients:
4 eggs
½ cup suitable low FODMAP milk (lactose free). 
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 slices of thinly sliced ham
½ cup or so of broccoli florets, diced.
salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Grease muffin tins and line each cup with a slice ham. 
3. Mix together the eggs, milk, and cheese.
4. Pour egg mixture evenly into cups. Then add in your broccoli. 
5. Bake for 13 minutes or so, or until firm.
