coconut frozen chocolates

low FODMAP options

Makes ~12 chocolates

Ingredients
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey* FODMAPers use pure maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
shredded coconut, to taste
3 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions
1.  In your microwave, melt coconut oil and honey.
2. Stir in cocoa powder.
3. Pour into greased mini muffin tins, sprinkle in chia seeds and shredded coconut,
4. Freeze overnight, or until solid and store in freezer.
