fresh figs, honey, & goat cheese

Makes 4-5 servings

10 figs, halved length wise
1/4 cup or so honey
4 oz crumbled goat cheese
2 tbs fresh mint, diced
crushed red pepper, to taste

1. Place figs inner side up on a plate.
2. crumble goat cheese over each halve.
3. Heat honey and drizzle evenly over fig halves. 
4. Garnish with mint and red pepper flakes.
