2 whole wheat Naans
2 cups chopped kale or greens of choice
1 cup cherry tomatoes
~1/2 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbed feta cheese
1. I roasted up some kale, but I have also used this recipe with any fresh greens I have had on hand.
2. Bake or toast Naan, and brush with olive oil.
3. top with the remaining ingredients!
