Cheddar tato waffles

Low FODMAP

Makes ~ 4 Belgium waffles

Ingredients
3 large eggs
~2.5 cups (or a 20 oz bag) of shredded potatoes
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup lactose free milk
1/4 cup chives
dash of salt and pepper
dash of cayenne pepper,  optional

Toppings-
Plain Greek yogurt* some lactose
 Green Valley lactose free sour cream
FODYFOODs ketchup
chives
another egg :)

Directions
1. Heat waffle maker over medium-high heat + cooking spray
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
3.  pour mixture onto waffle press, and cook until golden brown.
