Low FODMAP

Combine:
 1 greenish banana
2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 cup plain Keifer*
1-2 teaspoons of Pure maple syrup
Dash of ground cinnamon and nutmeg

*FODMAPer tip: use Green Valley lactose free yogurt if needed.
