5 min sausage & peppers

serves 4

1 package Italian Chicken Sausage
1.5 cup cooked brown rice (feeling lazy? keep steam fresh microwave rice in stock)
1 bag frozen pepper strips
1 bag frozen baby kale
cooking oil for sautéing.

1. Microwave kale according to directions.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sautee your bell peppers.
3. Chop up the chicken sausages into rounds and add them to the skillet to heat up.
4. Add cooked rice and kale to pan, stirring to combine.
