Low FODMAP

My favorite healthier alternative to granola... lazy man's style-

Ingredients
1/4 cup oats
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
small sliced banana*
1 tsp coconut oil (or butter works, too)
1/4 cup or so frozen wild blueberries (fresh works too)
walnuts* 

*FODMAPer tip: use firm banana, limit to 10 walnuts. 

Directions
1.Heat skillet over medium-low heat
2. drizzle maple syrup in pan with some coconut oil
3. add oats and banana, flipping around until crisped
4. last add your blueberries-they cook quick and make a colorful, wonderful mess.
