smoked salmon & goat-cheese spread

Low FODMAP

Makes about 4 servings

ingredients
8 oz smoked salmon
rice crackers (I used Good Thins original rice crackers)
about 4oz green valley lactose free cream cheese (or regular if not lactose intolerant)
a few bunches of chives (green part of onion only)
*I didnt use cucumbers but I bet it'd be a yummy addition!

Directions
Pretty simple: spread the cream cheese evenly over crackers, top with salmon, garnish with chives.
